Join chef/owner of Chimney Park,
Jason Shaeffer as he shares his “fish
stories” and recipes from growing up in the Eastern Virginia and North Carolina coastal
region. Chef Shaeffer (Johnson and Wales ’92) will demonstrate simple
and classic seafood preparations that are family favorites. Prior to Chimney Park Restaurant and Bar in
Windsor, Chef Shaeffer held the top toque at 1500 Ocean (Hotel del Coronado) in
San Diego, California and worked in New York City under Chef Thomas Keller (per
se and The French Laundry) and Chef Terrance Brennan (Picholine and
Artisanal). These recipes will have your
next dinner guests saying “ya’ll come back now, pots-on-in-the-kitchen”!
