Hard to believe that in January we are planning
the menus for spring and summer. Thanks
to Karen McManus of Wolf Moon Farms, we have a say of what is being planted
this year. Karen has asked us to pick
from a seed catalogue new items that we would like to see. As the book was passed around the kitchen,
new ideas were flowing and excitement filled the air. We are fortunate to work with a grower as
