Dinner. Brunch hours are 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Dinner
hours are ($35 Prix Fixe Only) 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Promotions
from Within! We
are proud to announce two promotions of our staff members.
Todd Hinton has been promoted to General Manager. Todd
started with the company in July of 2005 and has held
positions of server, assistant manager, sommelier/wine buyer.
Mr. Hinton will continue to manage the wine list in addition
to his new management duties of everyday operations.
Ryan Robertson has been promoted to Sous Chef. Ryan
started with Chimney Park as an extern from Scottsdale
Culinary Institute in May of 2007. After Chimney Park, Mr.
Robertson worked as a pastry chef at the Cotton House Hotel,
St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the Windward Islands. Ryan
rejoined the restaurant in October of 2007 and was promoted
from a line cook position.
Art
Show at Chimney Park to Benefit Charity On
Sunday, March 30th from 4 pm to 7 pm join artist Jennifer
Markley as she shows her latest compositions of acrylic on
canvas and will donate 15% of the painting sale price to
Operation Frontline Colorado. Cost of the show is $10 per
person and includes wine and light hors d'oeuvres. Chimney
Park will donate $5 for each guest in attendance to OFC as
well.
